Which desk size is right for a small flat or home office?

Our Compact desks are 1000 × 600 mm and are designed specifically for smaller rooms, alcoves and bedroom offices. This size is available in both Core and Signature ranges.

They comfortably fit a laptop and monitor or dual monitors, without overwhelming the space.

If you have room for more surface area, our 1200 × 700 mm option offers extra depth for paperwork or larger setups while still keeping a clean, minimalist footprint.

If you’re unsure, measure your space first and allow at least 60 cm clearance behind your chair.

What’s the difference between Core and Signature?

Core is our everyday electric sit-stand desk. It’s built for reliability, simplicity and value, with a 5-year warranty.

Signature includes upgraded components such as dual Swedish-engineered motors, a higher weight capacity and a 10-year warranty.

Both ranges are designed for small UK homes, use high-quality materials and ship from the UK.

How quickly will my desk arrive?

Most desks ordered before 3 pm are delivered the next working day.

Delivery is mainland UK and fully tracked. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.

Exceptions can apply during peak periods, bank holidays or for remote postcodes. If timing is important, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm availability.

What if I change my mind?

You can return your desk within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Do the finishes look the same in real life?

We use professional photography, but screen colours can vary slightly between devices.

If you’re unsure about a finish, please contact us before ordering and we’ll help you make the right choice based on availability and current stock.

Will accessories fit my desk?

Our accessories are compatible with UrbanErgo desks unless otherwise stated.
